Shift manager, or whomever was in charge did nothing to said individual. Is this the new norm? So sad!

T... read more A couple years ago I had to leave a bad review for this Arby’s. But today I deleted that review and wanted to make a point to say how much they have improved. The last 3 times I’ve been there the food was very good! My fries were fresh and my sandwiches were spot on. Glad to change this rating!
