Wendy's - Branford

I visited the restaurant on Wednesday night, and the manager was present. I requested my food to be served hot and fresh, and while my order was indeed hot, it didn't meet my expectations completely. I explained this to the manager, and she took immediate action to resolve the issue. As a former employee in the fast food industry, I don't usually make a big deal about my experiences, but I believe that hot food is essential.

This Wendy’s has been remodeled and it looks fantastic! It's a great spot for simple, fresh fast food like chicken and burgers. The interior is bright and clean. You can even see the shield when you look up in the glass area! The Dave’s drinks are a great option at the Coca-Cola Freestyle Drink Machine. It’s a nice place to grab a quick meal any time of day.

I enjoyed some fast food in between my dates, and it was hot and delicious. The fries were crispy, hot, and very flavorful.
