Starbucks - Brandywine

I've always been a regular at this restaurant, but this week, a person named Bertnerd took my order, and his attitude was remarkable. I didn't want to bring it up, but he was quite rude. At first, I thought he might have a disability, which made me feel bad for having those thoughts.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The person who prepared my drink didn't wash their hands first. I noticed them touching their pants and then they went straight to touch my drink. I think the restaurant should prioritize better hygiene practices.

The drive-thru can be really crowded, but I absolutely love this location! The staff is amazing and always brightens my day with their friendly attitudes and compliments. Plus, my coffee is always perfect and exactly how I like it.

Serious customer service and every drink that I have to get from this place must be made new (I always get hired as if I made the drink wrong)! it is convenient, but I have to stop giving this position chances to get it right. I'm staying with the dead in safeway!

We went through the drive through just now and it was the rudest customer service I have ever experienced. All we kept hearing was “is that all?” at least 4 times then when my husband had to ask me a question about what to say for the order .. we heard “hellllooooooo” on the intercom. And now our drinks are not right because she was so impatient. The crazy part about it is I think it was a manager that spoke to us that way. I will never be going to this location again after that encounter.
