This is my first time going to Cheddar's. First off the service I had was stellar. The server was on top of everything and very polite. Now this brings me to the food. As far as quantity, you can get a lot of food for a good price. The portion sizes exceeded my expectations. However, it did not give a pop flavor. I had the pot pie and chicken wraps. The portion sizes were great but the food flavor was not there. The drinks as well. It was more like juice but I could be wrong about it. I will eat here again mainly because the customer service was excellent and the food wasn't terrible just no memorable flavors.
Cheddar's offers a mixed dining experience that typically shines thanks to its friendly service and inviting atmosphere. While many patrons praise the generous portion sizes and appealing honey butter croissants, the food flavors often fall short of expectations, with several dishes described as bland or even reminiscent of school lunches. Although the wait times can be lengthy, dedicated servers strive to make each visit enjoyable. Overall, Cheddar's is an option for those seeking a casual meal, but discerning diners may want to temper their expectations regarding flavor and food quality.

Good experience... Back!. I went to Cheddar tonight. I was just 10 minutes. I have never understood why someone complains about waiting times for tables, as if it does not have the opportunity to go elsewhere; but I'm digressing. The food was very cheap and tasted good for the price paid (if you want five-star food, you need to pay a five-star price. Do not expect champagne taste when you work with a beer budget). The drinks were huge, cheap and tasteful. Our waitress was absolutely wonderful and very friendly. I'll go back tonight. I often dive in much more expensive places. That's a good neighborhood.
Due to the pandemic, I hadn't been to Cheddar's in two years. Coming back both the drinks and the service was nostalgic, like I never missed two years. The food is great. My bf and I got the Louisiana Pasta without the shrimp as we're both allergic. It's our favorite dish; Delicious and affordable. I also enjoyed two delicious alcoholic masterpieces. The names of the drinks escape my memory but I'll provide the pics. The prices are affordable and reasonable, the food is the bomb and the service is grade A. Visit and give Cheddar's a try. You won't be disappointed.
The wait was a bit long, but the food was outstanding, and the portion sizes are generous—ideal for taking home leftovers if you order an appetizer along with your main dish. Additionally, the drinks are large and reasonably priced!
Our first time we are from Maryland. The food is so good. The drinks were great get the Sangria. Aaron is an AWESOME bartender. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu.
The staff were friendly, the food was good, I like that they had a smaller menue but wish there were more of a variety of options for low carb and vegetarians. I loved the amount of plants in the space it made it feel comfortable. Definitely recommend the chicken fried steak and the sweet tea

Our waiter was very attentive, kind, and more than accommodating. The service was quick and the food arrived hot, fresh, and met our overall expectations. We had the bourbon salmon and the buffalo wrappers. For the solid quality of food and wide range ofchoices, the pricing that Cheddar?s offers cannot be easily beat. No complaints at all.
We were in Waldorf for the day. My father-in-law recommended this restaurant. The honey butter croissants were a surprising treat and delicious. We ordered Wisconsin Cheddar bites for our appetizer. Can't believe I'm saying this, but I liked thembetter than mozzarella stick. I had the New Orleans pasta which was great. My husband had the country fried chicken. He loved itand believe me, he usually doesn't like eating out. The prices were good the young man who waited on us was great. We willdefinitely go again when in the area.
Me and my best friend come here all the time. We?ve been coming here since they first built this cheddars. We?ve never had this experience. We got there at 9:37 we got sat down and sat at our table and nobody came to our table for about 15 minutes. Then wewere moved by the host to another table where we weren?t seen until almost 10:30 mind you they close at 11. So we got a handfulof food that was barely warm and one drink. It was just not a good experience. Our waiter though Ali was a sweetheart.
The service was great and the food was AMAZING!!!!! The atmosphere was pretty decent too but we were also there right after opening. With that being said, when we arrived there was a foul odor of some sort..... I have no clue as to what it was or whereit came from so that's why I gave the atmosphere 4 stars. ??????????? But the food...... Couldn't believe it..... The greenbeans were amazing as well.... The ribs were great..... I had an all around great experience...... Annnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnd thedrinks were made perfectly!!!!!
Great customer service from Mia W.! She made our Cheddar?s experience a huge pleasure! The food from their honey butter croissants, to the country fried chicken, potatoes, gravy, rice and red beans? it was all delicious! And everything was HOT!!This was such a breath of fresh air in comparison to other restaurants we?ve been to. We will definitely continue to come backin the future. Thank you guys!

I dined at the restaurant with my sisters on Saturday evening. We were a party of five, and although the parking lot was crowded, I was pleasantly surprised that we didn't have to wait for a table.
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service at this restaurant, as I've often noticed that many establishments in the DMV area lack friendliness or professionalism.
