Quite honestly this location has gone down hill the workers don 't seem to listen or just don 't care. Each time I go there I order my coffee and a water with ice ....only a few things happen...I either get just water and No ice 99% of the time....I have to suddenly pay for said water some of the time...and this time I got warm water. Like it populates on the screen I said it nicely and clearly and still this is what happens every time. It 's not just with water either I have to repeat myself multiple times half the time when ordering. Meal type: Other Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 3 Service: 2

Guy that works there was rude and disrespectful all we tried to do was order them he kicked us out then went sat down on his phone like WHAT!! I literally have a picture of him sitting down on his phone after kicking us out. Service: 1

I went to this Tim hortons for dinner this evening and ordered 2 bacon English muffins. They said there would be a 4 minute wait. This was the SECOND Tim hortons I had visited this evening. The last one had NOTHING!!! I did not have a problem with the 4 minute wait, however after wasting about 15 minutes at the previous Tim hortons and to drive to this Tim hortons, I was low on time in my 30 minute break. I also ordered a chocolate chunk cookie and they said they didn’t have any. I decided no cookie was not worth the wait. I am deeply disappointed and will be paying for this Tim Hortons. Horrible Tim Hortons. Every single time I come to this location my order is made wrong. Iced coffee made wrong every time. Donuts always stale. Wrap is always made wrong. I do not have any issues at any other location. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
