What Ms Alex doesn't like about Roll'n Pin Asian:
The maki rolls and tempura we ordered were awful. And by awful, I mean just depressing. They were poorly rolled, huge and loose, so I had to cut mine with a knife and fork. The ingredients were poor (the tiny bit of salmon inside the one roll was cooked) everything was coated in thick, unidentifiable sauces and the tempura was just greasy. No discernible fresh fish in the entire meal, just a fried, goopy, greasy mess.... View all feedback.
Sushi as good as Sushi Hut, as much variety. They do the same thing though, where they arbitrarily decide what to give you from the items you order. I will be back Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$20–30 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Sushi, Assorted Sushi Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free parking lot
Our entire order was completely wrong. Asked for the menu that is not the piece-order numbered menu. Was told this doesn't exist when I have used it many times before. Ordered multiple rolls that we were told weren't ordered. Was given salmon sashimi that we did not order. Was not given edamame that was ordered. The bulgogi was brought out but only contained beef which was not stated when ordered (or else I wouldn't have ordered it). Everything was COVERED in mayo. How can I enjoy Maki that is 50% mayonnaise? Service was horrible. Had invited guests from out of town for dinner and was extremely embarrassed to have this be our experience.
