Chicken Delight - Brandon

Went with others had the noon buffet. It was not a large buffet (soup, chicken balls, veg, pizza more). I only had chicken noodle soup (vg-lots of chicken), fried chicken (wings, leg, ribs) fresh tasty. Also had mashed taters gravy. Overall enjoyed my meal my wife enjoyed more items on the buffet. If in Brandon, worth giving it a try. This is not a fancy place but had good food service worth visiting.

Usually our go to place for a take out box of rings, last time they tasted like anything but rings. Time before this as well. Please change the deep fryer oil, onion rings should taste like onion rings.

I went to the restaurant at 6:30 place was dead and nice and dirty.... Had a 3 pce chicken dinner, chicken must have been custom raised as I have never seen pieces that small. It was left over from lunch I guess and re tossed into the deep fryer. Ewwwwwww. I cannot believe that Brandon has 2 Chicken franchise's and they are both deplorable. Save your money and have Chicken in Winnipeg. I won't be back.

Delivery within about 45 minutes. Service was ok on the phone and in person. Nothing extraordinary. Pizza wasn't greasy (great crust) and a good quality cheese. Fried chicken was crispy and not too greasy. Flavour was good. Coleslaw was creamy but on the vinegary side. Delivery was to a hotel- was a little disappointed to not receive any plates, napkins or fork for Coleslaw. Fees add up quickly with $6 delivery, $1 debit on delivery and taxes.

This has to be the worst place I have ever eaten. I started with the buffet, which had about four poor excuse for Asian food to choose from, cold frozen bought pizza, and fruit flies all over the fruit. Gave it a go and wow... Gross. Meat full of grizzle, flavourless rice etc. I quickly asked for a menu and proceeded to order a half decent poutine. In the end I was charged for both, but the poorly presented hostess assured me she gave me a discount because I didn 't eat much of the buffet food. By far the worst restaurant experience of my life and wish I hadn 't wasted that $20. I couldn 't wait to leave. What a sad excuse for dining!
