The drive thru has issues. They take one order and complete that order before taking the next, so if you are behind three or four cars, it can be a 20 minute wait pretty easily. This isn’t a one-time thing. I have an autistic son who will only eat take out from BK right now, so it’s been the same for months. Service is really slow even you are the only one customer in the restaurant! Rest I love to eat in this restaurant.
