Mcdonald's - Brandon

My door-disc driver called me and informed me that the staff became rude with her after telling them that my order was wrong. then she said she had to leave it. I don't make bad reviews, but whether it's $5 or $500 that steals blatantly. I have always avoided these mcdonalds and never noticed that this is who passes through this door. no longer mcdonald is by door. that's just shameful.

This place is slow it took 25 minutes to order only. then they ask you to turn it off on agian

Year for year this situation remains terrible. What is the problem? the lines are always long and slow, they get the commands wrong, eating is cold, and the workers are rude. Why is this never fixed? a few years ago I went to 9:00 on a Saturday night there, and there were literally no employees in the building, but two of them hang in a car on the parking lot. I'm not going there anymore. I often go by and I see how long the line is. many years ago the food and service were great. what happened? bring this place!

This morning by drivethru and paid the $6.40 for the dame behind me. (It was said in the window, no change available-Lift to pay exact change or card). forward and watched when the dame handed the cash the $6.40 for their order. I moved to the window and told the worker that her job had already been paid, he went and said something to cashier and came back and said he would take care of it. I specifically asked, “So you will refund her money?” he said. I moved forward and watched how he gave her food only and drove her away. I will not be back.

Long lines and they never have any coffee products or ice cream I sincerely love McDonald's but this McDonald's is probably the worst I've ever been to
