Steak Escape-brandon

The food was good, but the staff was unfriendly. The restaurant was dirty and the self-service area was not stocked, so customers had to ask for utensils and ketchup.

I was disappointed to find out that tipping was expected at this fast food restaurant. Not only did I leave a tip in the drive-thru, but our orders were also messed up. The employees here are incompetent.

I arrived at this restaurant at 9:22 and waited in the drive through behind a car that had ordered ahead of me. Despite hoping to place my order before they closed at 9:30, I was unacknowledged until exactly 9:30. The workers then decided to close a bit early and ignored my attempts to get their attention. As I pulled up to the window, I could clearly see two employees still ignoring me. This wasn't my first disappointing experience at Steak Escape, as a similar instance had occurred a few months prior where I was also ignored at the window. It seems to be a recurring issue, as it appears to be their policy to ignore hungry customers so they can close up shop early. Thank you, Steak Escape of Brandon, for showing such care and consideration for your patrons. Your lazy employees who do not serve customers during business hours will surely not be missed when your business inevitably closes down.

It is a shame to have good food and terrible service. the Brandon location is the slowest ever and the lobby is closed so that they are sitting in the drive through 25min. do not let them call to hold them with the slow service. I'm not sure how brandon's location remains in business.

The service was pretty fast considering I got behind a car load of people that all seemed to have some sort of special request for each item they ordered.The food was good and my order was accurate.Thanks.
