While some customers praised the attentive service and delicious, accurately prepared food, others faced challenges such as long wait times and disappointing dishes. From exceptional dishes like the lobster bisque to disappointing items like the dry steak, patrons' experiences varied widely. Overall, the restaurant's food quality and service consistency were key factors influencing diners' decisions to return. Although some received prompt service and delightful meals, others were let down by long waits and lackluster dishes. In conclusion, the restaurant's performance depends heavily on the specific circumstances of each visit.
Great food and great service at a fair price Could not ask for more
Last minute choice to go to Red Lobster for my birthday after a day trip to Orlando. To be fully honest, service could have been a bit better. I didn't understand why my family I were given plasticware for dinner. I was told by more than servers that plastic was all that was available, while others were given actual silverware. Second, our server had fingernails so long that they were very close to touching the food on our plates. After seeing this, it was time to go Be consistent with the service instead of making statements decisions based on who is seen when walking into a restaurant
We were seated immediately upon arrival at our wait list time. But it was downhill from there. It took over minutes to receive the appetizers. It took an hour to receive our meals. The steak was dry and overdone. The shrimp scampi was cold and was not prepared properly and the linguini shrimp was cold. And Iâm pretty sure my drink had no alcohol in it. The manager said they were short staffed that night. If so, they should not have allowed so many patrons in at the same time.
A busy Friday evening but were seated right away with our reservation'. Asked to be moved to a better table (from the back to a window) and were quickly accommodated. Our server was friendly and efficient and checked on a couple questions for us. The steamy, creamy langoustine asparagus cheese dip was delicious. The burger was big and yummy served with crisp on the outside creamy on the inside French fries. Tried the new Asian-influenced Ka Pao fried lobster with noodles which was spicy and flavorful with a generous lobster portion. Everything arrived hot. And of course those famous cheese biscuits. A dependably delicious meal.
The service at this restaurant was excellent, with our party of five seated promptly on a Sunday. However, the menu we were given had specials that we could not order from because they were starting the next day. The cole slaw was missing, the lobster bisque was too cheesy and unappetizing, the clam chowder was mediocre at best, and the scallops were small and tasteless, drowned in too much butter. The overall quality of the food did not match the value. We would not return for the food, although our waiter was friendly, outgoing, and attentive in refilling our drinks promptly.
