Hello recently l was shopping with daughter at the mall for school supplies n she wanted a pretzel so we stop by , staff was friendly n courteous, they had quite a different pretzels which was nice, something quick definitely will be back , thanks guys?

Alot of nice variety at this preztel shop. The jalapeno preztel was had a warm buttery glaze and the jalapenos made a nice added touch.

Pretzels were good. Customer service wasn't. Cashier had an attitude the entire time of my purchase. I ordered a large drink. She filled the entire cup with ice all the way to the brim with ice so there would be almost no liquid. When I asked nicely forjust a little bit of ice she made a rude smirk and flung the ice out of the cup. And proceeded to be rude the rest of thetransaction for no reason.

The pretzels here are delicious and wonderfully soft. They might be a bit on the pricey side, but their flavor makes it worth it. I always come here whenever I'm craving some cinnamon pretzel bites.

Hot Freshest pretzels around ???? Family owned also! I absolutely look forward to grabbing them every time I make my way to Brandon mall! And they also have smoothies and stuffed pretzel bites!! 10/10 recommend ????
