Pizza Hut - Brandon

I just gave one star because I can't give one. I ordered on the pizza hut app and received once a pickup confirmation email with indication of my order (2 large filled crust pizza, order of traditional wings, cinnamon sticks, and 2 liter dr. pepper) would be ready in fifteen minutes, I went and went as far away the location of my house. I arrived a little after 20 minutes after the order and after (finally) it to the pick-up window, I had to wait about ten additional minutes until someone even comes into the window. I spided in and saw that they were insulted for a moment. So I let it go. was finally “believed” and was given the acknowledgement in which I gave a $5 drink money on a nearly $60 order. he disappeared 15 minutes (against or take) and then returned with an article to a time. no wings. he said they cook and asked me to pull me, ok cool. I went around and waited an additional hour before I mean sohn in (mind you they’re not even remote busy, short staff or not) and the answer to my sohn was "oh yeah, hang on," in which he went and got the wing, shot her and sent her out. Meanwhile, it now pours rain out a thunderstorm, I have my three children, one of whom is a small child, who is much less patient than me and my teenagers, and my pizzas and zimtsticks are like ice. please let us go.

I have had nothing but great experiences here. We ordered delivery and our pizza got taken to another location, the manager himself called me to tell me and got it delivered as quickly as possible! Not only that but he also gave me a credit for the next time that I ordered for the inconvenience. Talk about outstanding service!

The staff is very friendly and polite at the drive in window. I also like using the app to place my order.

Great food and customer service was on point as well

Horrible. Spent 3 hours waiting on 2 pizzas. My grandchildren are starving. Yall are worse that Papa John's, who can't find where I live. Won't order from yall again. Little Ceasars here I come.
