Kfc - Brandon

The KFC in Brandon Ms gave me the best service on Mother's Day. The food was exceptional and the service spirit blows. Everything was so good that we called the store to thank them for a well done job.

They were very busy and I didn't have to wait long because the young man who took orders was extremely efficient and productive and I enjoyed our meal when I came home

The sides were terrible and the chicken was not much better. I paid 3.19 plus tax for a coleslaw that was inedible to me. Even my dog refused to eat their mashed potatoes and gravy, which says a lot. I won't be returning to KFC.

This KFC was the worst I have ever been to. I ordered a kid's meal at the drive-thru and there was only one car in front of me. It took 14 minutes to receive my single kid's meal, which was cold and came with the wrong side. When I asked for the correct side, I was met with a bad attitude. I will never come back here again.

This is the #1 chicken establishment in Mississippi! #1 in terrible service, food quality, and lack of cleanliness. If you come after 7:45....be prepared to wait. They will tell you it's because they are cooking it fresh. The real answer is they arelazy and don't have any chicken ready to go. 20+ minute wait. I'd rather eat McNuggets. Think about that.
