Dunkin' - Feedback

I'm going to coffee and donuts. I think I'm going here at least 6 days a week. Always great service and always pleasant staff. I am glad to have this situation...

My Iced Chai Latte has coffee in it, its disgusting as they put all of it as a coffee, and none of my add-ons are even in it either.
