Amber was so sweet, and Steven really impressed me. The frozen coffee was perfect—it felt like you could read my cravings through the headset! I didn’t catch the name of the woman taking orders, but her positive energy made me want to keep ordering just to chat with her. I usually go to Dunkin’ Donuts every morning, but this was my first visit to this location, and I will definitely be returning. This team is wonderful, and they know how to bring the energy needed to kickstart your day. Thank you all so much!

My personal favorite is t... read more Dunkin' is my go-to place for coffee on the run! The prices are reasonable, and the food is quite good—you'll soon find what you like. My personal favorite is the chicken-stuffed croissant. They no longer have discounted iced coffee, but a medium iced coffee for $3 is still a great deal. If you're lucky enough to find a Baskin-Robbins attached, your coffee can be transformed into a delicious coffee shake, which at $6 can be pretty addictive... lol. Enjoy!

The man working at the window looked right at me but never acknowledged me or said that he would be with me soon. I decided to leave because of the poor customer service. I simply couldn't get any assistance.

I waited over 30 minutes in line to pick up an order to go and ended up being late for work because of the delay. It's absurd—I’ve never waited this long for just two hot coffees. I usually get my coffee from this location every morning, but today they completely lost me as a customer due to their unprofessionalism and poor customer service.

I was understanding since things happen, but I still waited 30 minutes only to receive a cold cup of coffee. Thank you for wasting my time and money.
