I went on Wednesday 11/10 and this poor boy Anthony did everything of herself, drive thru, front counter, was not able to use registers so that he was looking for help. Dillon sat in the lobby, knew he needed help, and he finally asked again, and she came with an attitude and signed in the register and went with a line in the lobby. What Keshaun Watsica doesn't like about Dairy Queen:
Overcooked my cheese curds. They were rubbery and dry. Also, got rid of the best burger...mushroom swiss. This particular location also in unkempt. Will not be coming back View all feedback.
First, the drive-thru is located on the wrong side of the building, and the order placement is opposite to a traditional setup. Surprisingly, the passenger in the car is handed the food through a small window. Inside, the ladies’ room is tiny—akin to a plane's bathroom—and only accommodates one person at a time, making it quite cramped. The men's restroom is even worse; imagine a tiny bathroom with a toilet facing a urinal. I was told you could practically aim from the toilet directly into the urinal, which sounds quite unpleasant. The bathrooms were not particularly clean either, and both require you to step down to enter, meaning you need to step up to exit. A friend mentioned that this Dairy Queen has been around for a long time, likely repurposed from an old house, albeit in a rather poorly executed manner. As for the food, we all opted for Blizzard treats today. I tried the King version of the strawberry cheesecake Blizzard, which features larger pieces of strawberries and crushed graham crackers on the top and bottom. You can't go wrong with ice cream! My daughter enjoyed the Snickerdoodle Animal Cracker Blizzard, while my son had a chocolate Blizzard with fudge brownies. We also sampled the Wonder Woman Blizzard, but I found it overloaded with chocolate fudge chunks. Sorry, I can't share more about their menu since we only ordered Blizzards during our visit.
The ice cream is delicious, and the staff is friendly. However, the drive-thru service is a bit slow. Overall, the ice cream is definitely worth it!
I just went through the drive-thru, and the staff were fantastic. That was one of the best burgers I've had in a long time—thank you so much!
