The... read more After being warned not to go to this location, I decided to go anyways, because it was closer. After taking it home and eating it, I instantly regretted it. The rice was hard, the chicken was burnt, and the onions in the pico were cut way too big!! I?venever had a bowl this bad, I usually go to the location by the Brandon mall and am never disappointed. Needless to say I willnot be returning to the Bloomingdale location. Staff should be trained to cook and cut properly. You can tell they do not careabout how the food turns out and are not following proper procedures.

The staff were very friendly, and the tables appeared clean. While the condiment station was slightly overstocked, I prefer having more options rather than not enough. The only downside was that there was only one person working on the line when it seemed like they could have had two. However, the employee was quick and pleasant, so the wait time was minimal.

It fee... read more This is the most ridiculous order I have ever received. I ordered from DoorDash and this is what I got. I can get more from a $1.99 burrito at Taco Bell. It feels like because I?m not there to say anything that whoever is making the food can make thesehorrible portions. Now if this is how Chipotle is going to serve they need to adjust their pricing for sure. Neither of theseoptions the tiny burrito or half quesadilla is in no way worth the $12 they are charging. I placed my order through the app, and unfortunately, the food was prepared at this location. The bowls I received were half empty, even though I paid $11 for one that is usually just $9 and comes with double the portion. When I reached out for help, customer service refused to send a replacement order that same night. As a result, my husband and I went without dinner so that our children wouldn't have to go to bed hungry.

I'm confused about how they could mess that up—I received a bowl with just rice, beans, and tomatoes, and no vegetables or guacamole at all. They also forgot my chips, which I only noticed after I left, but thankfully I was able to get that sorted out. I really didn't think I would need to double-check my bowl. At this point, it feels a bit like this has to be intentional, LOL.
