The food was good but apparently they ran out of crinkle fries because I was delivered regular fries. Also, I ordered a sweet tea and I was delivered a coke. All and all it was good but would be nice if the order was paid attention to. View all feedback.

This was the only way to leave a review for all my orders you cancelled. Your restaurant is INCONSISTENT and it's beginning to get old. Next time you cancel my order I better get a call from your restaurant or I will blacklist you myself. There will be a negative review on every platform including Google and yelp for ever order you have cancelled. (I CAN PROVE IT) I will do this until you close your doors INDEFINITEL... If it were possible to give negative scores this would definitely get one. First time visitor today and was only person in store, instead of taking my order manually I was directed to the touch screen kiosk. after going thru menu and ordering I realize there are added soda's that I did not want and no way to edit order. I asked for help, I was instructed somewhat sarcastically to just push on the pictures ! I inform the owner that we are past pictures and having issues, he comes out and helps with order, then I pay with a CC and get no receipt. Owner then makes some kind of comment as to I am butt hurt because I had to use something new. After some colorful words were exchanged the owner refused to give me a receipt and threatened me with trespass. I would strongly recommend people not visit this establishment. 85 degree inside and not very clean. Not one employee nor owner were wearing mask. STAY AWAY !
Decent food. Horrible customer service. If you order something for delivery that they do not have, it is substituted for something else with no seeming care or concern for allergens or dietary restrictions. This order will be my last order from this establishment. The lack of customer service I received when I contacted the restaurant was the deciding factor. Businesses who do not value customer interaction will lose customers. I will be sure to tell others of my experience. I could overlook the change in my order but not the lack of customer service I recieved.
Got pick-up today (not realizing there is no curbside available) and no employees were wearing masks. Made me ver uncomfortable and couldn’t get out of their fast enough. Fortunately, the food was good, but I will be going elsewhere during the pandemic.
