I had the frozen fish for dinner, and it was straight from Sysco. The menu hasn't changed in years, and there are hardly any healthy food options—unless you enjoy canned vegetables. It's quite disappointing. View all feedback.
I was disappointed with our experience. We wanted to celebrate a birthday and enjoy some crab legs, while the other two in our party ordered veal and fried chicken. Although the waitress was very friendly, it was clear that the staff was understaffed. We've dined here several times before, and it was always great, but this time I had to remind her to bring the crab legs. When they finally arrived, they were very small and difficult to extract any meat from. It took a long time to get more, and I had to ask the waitress again. We arrived at 5:45, and the fried chicken was small and soggy. Our friend mentioned that the veal wasn’t as good as it usually is. We've had disappointing experiences before. I hope this was just a one-off since we wanted to enjoy crab legs in Penn Yan before returning to the Valley Inn.
Make sure to arrive early, as it tends to get crowded quickly. We dined with a group of eight.

The Cheeseburger said to be made from Angus beef. I'll get Angus' beef from Wegmans to make my steaks and cheeseburgers. Valium's burgers are...
Decent food, especially pub eats. The service is fantastic. Nothing much in the area and that fits the bill. Burgers and wings are my way to my prayer...
