Very frustrated. Ordered carry-out after a super busy day. The staff were super friendly, but we didn't actually receive our full order.We ordered 4 meals and received 3. I normally check brie leaving but since we were given the meals within a large bag, I assumed everything was there.Unfortunately, we didn't notice until after getting home and only after finishing a home reno project. Too late to return our call about the issue.Just make sure you double check all bags before leaving. Even if the meals are loaded into a large bag for ease of carrying.
The service staff at Font Restaurant are polite, friendly, and have a good rapport with customers. The food was hot and delicious, and the tables were satisfactory. We definitely plan on returning!
The service at this Wendy's was efficient, with my order prepared and served promptly, even during a busy lunch rush. The staff was attentive and friendly, creating a positive dining atmosphere. However, the cleanliness of the dining area and restrooms could be improved. More frequent cleaning and maintenance would enhance the overall dining experience. An inviting environment is important for customers, and this location falls slightly short in this area.
Very good drive thru service. My Wife needs special accommodation due to Celiac Disease, the Staff at this location were very caring and helpful. Thank You.
They got 3 out of my 5 orders wrong. Instead of apologizing and replacing their mistake, the staff were rude about it. Staff definitely need to be retrained, including the manager on duty who didn’t care how her staff talk down at the customers.
