Someone needs to give this branch a microwave,the girls said they don't have microwave to heat up breakfast. Twice now, different mornings we stopat this branch, instructed the staff kindly to add butter an cheese on the cressant, well the girls still didn't ,same things yesterday . Worst experience ever . I went there with my friend and we asked for french vanilla but they reply us by saying that we don’t have French vanilla. After that we decided to get some snacks . When my friend asked her to give her chocolate chunks cookies she replied in a full attitude by saying we don’t have that then we said that you have we can see that Cookies . I don’t understand ,you don’t have anyting available properly. It was not even busy still she felt irritated from us and start showing attitude and continuously talking to her coworker in punjabi and threw the cookies on table. Those girls need to learn how to treat the customers . I will never come here again . Its my request to manager to teach them how to give a nice customer service while you are at front desk.
