I'm not complaining about the employees because this isn't their fault but this location forces you to use the screens to order but the screens don't even include the most popular items from Tim's like potato wedges and paninis Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

So many people and still so slow.. the other tims that actually have ppl working cash multitask and have you in an out. I have never come here and been out in 2 mins it's always a 10 -15 wait even for desserts. Smh! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
