I just had a coffee and donut that's it but the lady was so nice to help me pay with my points and she explained all the menu items with the associated reward points, not only that, she gave me the brochure where the details are given so that I don't get confused next time! View all feedback.
What gen lukasik doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
The service at this restaurant is incredibly slow! They don’t have a drive-thru, which makes it even more frustrating. Although there are four staff members working, one is making coffee, another is chatting in the back room, and the other two seem to be taking their time as well. Everything just moves at a snail's pace. It would be nice if they considered how rushed some customers might be. View all feedback.
On December 12, 2023, at around 10:15 PM, I found myself in need of a steeped tea. Unfortunately, the attendant informed me that they were out of steep tea and refused to brew a new batch because it was close to closing time. When I asked if Tim Hortons could even provide the tea, she mentioned that she had a schedule to adhere to. I find it hard to believe that there is a specific timetable for turning away a customer who drove 8 kilometers for a tea, especially since there was still time before closing. A simple apology or a more courteous response would have made the situation much easier to accept. I had previously held Tim Hortons in much higher regard.

Visited this location to order food but the Staff is rude and doesn’t put efforts to help the customers from heart. Moreover, their heating equipments aren’t working.

I had the worst experience at this Tim Hortons. The employee who was working there didn’t know how to communicate with customers and informed me that there were no drinks or food available.
