The food at scotty is fresh.I was thrilled to find their Brampton location. It was excellent to enjoy their chicken, wings. What Breadmaker doesn't like about Scotty Bons Caribbean Grill:
It 's sad when the food was good but the service and portion size is has become disgusting. The bread is almost twice the size of the chicken. Literally the first couple bites are soggy and wet bread without any protein at all. Paying for Extra Meat gets you an ant size piece of dark meat. The food was made with no care and they basically just threw a bunch of stuff on the tray and handed it to me. Ruined the experience, avoid this location. The chicken was dry and tasted like it was cooked 4 hours ago and tasted like it. If you wanna go to Scotty Bons go downtown!

First time here, I got the Jerk Chicken bowl and the variety of options that you can put in there was a wonderful surprise. The food is super flavorful and just spicy enough, the chicken was incredibly juicy and tender as well. I will definitely be back again!
Used to love love this place especially during pandemic! However, the serving size changed when we went today. I was so frustrated that I?m literally writing this review while eating it. I don?t know if its just the server himself but for 13.45$ bowl its just not that much worth it anymore as there is less in the bowl compared before where its almost overflowing. How i wish i can give it a 5 star as this is really one of my favourite places. It still taste good but not worth the money.
Brought and recommended takeout by my colleague ... a upcoming infused taste...I got the oxtail bowl .. the oxtail was nice and soft .... with some nice hot sauce.. and channa they have .. the taste was very balanced.. It's almost like a burrito bowl ..but infused oxtail bowl .. highly recommended.
