What Ekjot virdi doesn't like about Popular Pizza:
We spent $70 and they didn’t even send the dipping sauce and when we call them they said come and pickup from location we even mentioned then we drink can’t drive still the lady on phone don’t understand very u professional staff. During my recent visit to the pizza store with my friend and we ordered family meal , I had the pleasure of being assisted by Rahul. I especially asked his name. I was truly impressed by his outstanding customer service skills. Rahul went above and beyond to ensure that my take out experience was exceptional. He was attentive, friendly, and went out of his way to accommodate my needs. His professionalism and positive attitude made my visit truly enjoyable. Called the call center, very rude, unprofessional, does not know how to talk, had no answer of my questions, hung up on me.
