Great place to get some gas and have a bite. This place has some seats where you can sit and charge your mobile devices and send quick messages while on the go. During the Rogers internet and cellular outage in Jul 2022, I spent half a day here doing my office work and munching on A&W in the same building. Owner is also very nice and professional. Food is good at location but constantly at approximately 2:00 a.m. they take anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes for two simple burgers. This is absolutely ridiculous and something needs to be done to improve upon this.Food: 5/5 View all feedback.

Customer Service is HorribleLady at Window has bad attitude of customer service tonight at 2:00 am on January 8, 2023She could have told us before ordering at the window that we would have to wait approximately 10 Milford the orders and that the orders would take some time. They had two employees and could not bring food to car likeMcDonald’s. They were not prepared. After taking the money we were told to come around the keep drive thru and wait more than 8 minutes with other people having to go through the same hardshipI and my family are regular customers at A&W and now I will not be going to A&W especially this location!!!!She
A W staff is always pleasant, and they make sure the food is cooked well and hot.Kid-friendliness: Kids' chicken strips package is great because it's served with a healthy treat and organic apple juice box.
