Its called SHAHI CHAAT PAPRI, a melange of tangy,sweet, spicy,hot,cold and overwhelming meandering flavours that slide down your tongue. Take my advice ,come and try only at Patiala house. I keep going back to this place with a fear. The fear that their taste would not be the same-good-remind-you-of-the-home type. Glad to report that year after year, the taste and experience is consistently good. I go here for Amritsari Kulcha. Their cholley is the closest thing you get outside of Amritsar/Gurdaspur belt. Kulcha may leave you wanting for some more punch, but is very good nevertheless. We were served well by our gracious host Karan.
