The best part is that the OpenTable app has been a lifesaver for us. We couldn't find any restaurants for the 31st, but thanks to the app, we were able to make a reservation. Thank you! View all feedback.
What CathyF doesn't like about Montana's Bbq Brampton Great Lakes:
Our server might have picked up a couple of plates from the end of the table and then waited for them to be passed to her. Not great! Kapoow Shrimp were delicious however onion rings and potatoes, not hot. Onion rings were almost cold. We asked to replace coleslaw and potato on one dish with caesar salad due to keto diet. We were charged extra and received a very small caesar salad. Not impressed. Ribs were overdone,... View all feedback.
We went to this location a few months ago on vacation and we had a great server named Hannah. She was funny, very warm, welcoming, and was a big influence in making a night that was not going so well end on a good note. She influenced our decision to go again that same week where we enjoyed Montana’s delicious ribs before the end of our vacation because of her excellent service.I strongly recommend asking for Hannah when going to this location!
I ordered a Sirloin Steak and received a less than 1/4 thick slice of chewy beef. The loaded baked potato was super dry with fake bacon bids and a tiny bid of cheddar cheese. No butter or sour cream on it or as a side. The glazed mushrooms onions were tiny pieces cooked with no butter or seasoning. They tasted like water. All of it was served lukewarm. My friend ordered the Chicken Fajitas, and they forgot the chicken, so she had to wait until that was cooked. However, it looked and tasted better than my meal. Service was non-existent since we had to wait a long time for the server after we were seated and had to flag the waitress down after we were done. No in between check if we needed anything further. On top of it, their system went down, and only cash or etransfer was accepted. Needless to say, I won't visit that location again.
Hannah is a lovely server, you guys are lucky to have her. however management has definitely gone downhill since the last time I was here in June. they definitely try to fit way too many tables in here and it feels crammed. hostesses didn’t ask if we wanted the dining room or bar side just ushered us in. but hannah made the experience amazing anyways.
Our server, Sonia S. was great. This review has nothing to do with her.We ordered the Apple Pecan salad that arrived, shockingly with a full garden weed on the stem. I thought it was unpicked basil from the stem, but we tasted one of the leaves and it had no taste. Took a picture with the plant identifier and it was an actual weed called lambsquarters that is thankfully edible but not part of any spring mix that I know of. It was disgusting to find. The manager really did not seem to care, shared that the salads come from bag and the cook likely just dumped the salad from the bag.Where is the quality control? He offered to provide another meal but we were grossed out. Did not offer any other consolation. And told us that he was removing $2 from each meal for a total of the meal...his explanation made no sense and really he meant he removed the salad from the bill. When we checked the bill he did not remove the full total of the salad. At this point, for our trouble he offered to remove the appetizer, which once he found out we already paid he said he wasnt going to do anymore. The experience was crazy. We will never return, the manager 's response was really subpar and frankly unprofessional and rude.
It was ok our server could have been more bubbly but overall food was ok
