McDonald's is always a great place for everyone and the kids. This McDonald's, which is on Queen Street, has a great feature for kids' entertainment that is so awesome. Hate this location but it is one of the few left with a playplace for the kids. They can't manage to process in app coupons properly. In house the cheap gits have stopped allowing free drink refills. The staff particularly at drive thru are belligerent and not suitable for employment dealing with the public. Kid-friendliness: This Location is NASTY. Tabeles were filthy washrooms were DIRTY. A nasty person left a dirty diaper on the counter in the women's washroom opened. Staff ignored when asked to wipe tables. This place needs to be inspected by health and safety. Children's play area unsanitary food and drinks garbage all over. Took a group of people here from out of town and they couldn't believe how DIRTY THIS LOCATION IS. Under Staffed and the costumers just leave their food and drinks all over the tables and floors.
