As a regular customer of Sharmz Shawarma Main St N , Brampton, I was excited to try Lazeez Shawarma. Unfortunately, my visit was a complete letdown. I had ordered a shawarma wrap, but the chicken was served cold, which completely ruined the taste. The staff seemed inexperienced and untrained, which was evident in their indifferent attitude towards food preparation and customer service. Food wasn't even remotely warm. Chicken was exceptionally dry. They didn't have everything on the menu available (at 4:30 on a Friday). Lentil rice barely had lentils in it. The quality compared to other locations just all around sucked falafels were very..very dry /over cooked. Other vegetarian option was not available. Been here a few times and for many years gave me the impression that Lazeez just tastes bad. After going to other locations I realized it was just this location. The quality of the food just sucks. Everytime. I don’t think I’ve ever had food fresh here it’s always warm like the ingredients have been sitting there in the kitchen for a while. Last time I came in nobody was at the front, you could hear everyone talking in the back room. I ordered chicken on the sticks and it took less than 5 minutes for my order to come out. Mind you it wasn’t even busy that day. Other times they put too much sauce or the fries are undercooked. Respectfully I wouldn’t recommend this location. Every now and then I try and give this location a chance but every few months I’m reminded why I don’t go here Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
