People who work here are very kind and helpful, they give great suggestions on drinks and which buns are popular. The swiss rolls are delicious, I like the coffee and mango one. They also have swiss rolls in mini sizes and packaged separately for you to try. Best time to come and get fresh buns out of the oven is around 11am, you can ask the manager if you are looking for a specific bun and she will happily tell you... View all feedback.

I went to kin kin the other day and I asked the lady who was there to make me a real fruit bubble tea with tapioca so she went and made it served me and after I walked out I had a sip as i got some tapioca it was very watery and I was not pleased. View all feedback.

Amazing store, great experience and has the best smoothies and boba. Her baker is also great I defiantly recommend coming. I will come back again definitely.
Their $12 for 6 deal is amazing! Always get the sausage bun and it’s so savoury!
The staff alone win this place 5-stars! But they also have some delicious pastries and drinks! There's such a wide variety of drinks that sometimes I don't even know what to pick I highly recommend this place
This place is awesome I got a watermelon bubble tea and a custard bun... it was the best snack I've had in a long time.
