Refreshing new look at this amazing location of KFC. Well decorated, ample signage and directions in place. A large seating area for guests to feel at home. Clean and tidy place. Came here a few months ago for the Tuesday special and the chicken was great. Big pieces, crispy, juicy! Went back there last week and the quality has gone down IMMENSELY. The chicken pieces were small, dry, and disappointing. They also got rid of their mashed potatoes and gravy side order. Very disappointing and I will not be returning. Worst location. Management need to address to their staff to make sales. I went at 9pm to buy a buckets but they said they clean up already not cooking anymore which is im surprisingly coz the store closed at 10pm. We just walk out Service: Take out Service: 1

Not sure, but owners should train their staff to be pleasant and offer Customer service. This location has its own menu, while the one at Williams Parkway has more options to offer. Not sure how KFC works out its menu for different locations. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
