Kelseys Original Roadhouse - Brampton

The food at this restaurant is top-notch, even when compared to other Kelsey's locations. The management and staff are exceptional, always making sure to prepare your food and drinks just the way you like. The service is quick and friendly, with Bobby standing out as particularly excellent.

We had an incredible experience at this restaurant! Our server, Camille, was unbelievably polite and one of the best we've ever had. She was attentive throughout our meal, even keeping our 11-month-old baby entertained and happy. Camille was communicative and efficient, and we will certainly be returning. We highly recommend this Brampton location!

We did not enjoy our dining experience at all. The service took a very long time to bring out our food, over an hour, which almost made us lose our appetite. We did not like any of the items that were served, and we had to repeatedly ask for water. None of the dishes were served hot either. We had decided to come to this restaurant based on the average ratings and reviews, but after our experience, we will not be returning. Would you still like to try dining here?

First time coming to this location for half priced wings. The wings were not cooked properly. Yes we got new wings but we had no management come to apologize and no discount was taken off the bill. Since I left the restaurant my stomach has been feeling unsettled. Terrible!

This was my family's first dinner together outside since 2019... and Kelsey's did an amazing job making it memorable.Our server was Avi and he was just amazing. He got us exactly what we asked for and made sure it was hot and fresh. He also made drinks for us and they were just right. My kids loved him as he paid attention to what they wanted.The place was clean and everyone wore their mask properly...Definitely coming back to Kelsey's especially when Avi is there.
