Heritage Fish & Chips - Brampton

Have eaten there 3 times now and am never disappointed. Huge portions. Will give you 2 half sides as an option because sides are so generous. I prefer grilled rather than deep fried and they will accommodate lots of requests for various things, i.e. oil rather than butter, etc.

Busiest day of the year and they still had amazing service and great food. Of course there was a wait, but it's totally worth the wait, plus you can get take out

Fish is fresh and usually the place is pretty busy for dinner. We prefer the Haddock but thats a preference thing. Good service and an enjoyable place to go for lunch or dinner

Purchased two orders of Halibut and chips, $18.00 per order plus one order of peas.When we opened the order at home there was a small shimmer of fish between two layers of thick batter. The fish was so thin it was stuck to the batter, so bad that when we pulled the batter apart there wasn't any fish to eat. What a rip off, $41.00 for batter and chips.

I kept hearing about this place but since I was not big on fish & chips never really thought of going there. My son and daughter told me to try it. I had the haddock with sweet potato fries and a greek salad and now I am in love with this place. I keep wanting to go back.
