We had family in from out of town. They wanted to go out for dinner, but nothing too elegant. We decided on Fionn Maccools. (Pub Food...and a good atmosphere!) The choice was perfect. Our waitress was full of personality, and certainly had a sense of humour. She was, in a word...FANTASTIC! Our drinks came to the table quickly. Our food order was taken promptly and the food was delicious! I would recommend this restau... View all feedback.

Cookie Cutter. Food was bland and stood at the bar waiting for a drink only to be ignored. Overall it was not a good experience when all my wife and I wanted was a quick bite and a drink before a movie. Next time we ll just go to Montanas. View all feedback.
Every time we dine there, they are very attentive. Ordering is a breeze and I have never encountered any problems.
We got seated quickly. Food came in a reasonable time. It was hot and delicious. I would come back again.
Food is more along the lines of hockey arena fare. Service was good and no waiting to be seated. We did visit at 6:00 so probably not their prime time
Best staff in Brampton, amazing atmosphere, great food, we had an wonderful time amazing time, I can't wait to return
Dropped by Fionn MacCools at Trinity Common Mall to share some Christmas Cheer with an old friend on a Thursday night. The place is quite large with the usual “Pub” décor and we sat at the bar to share a story or two over drinks. As with most pubs…the music is WAY too loud making conversation difficult…which if you think about it…really defeats the whole purpose of a Pub. It’s supposed to be a place where friends gather to talk and socialize over a drink…it’s not a disco where people are dancing to loud music. Turn down the volume so your patrons don’t have to yell at each other from a foot away to be heard. That being said...drinks and service were both fine. Before leaving I ordered some food for take-out…The Flying Pig…the Club House and a Cobb Salad and when the bag arrived I drove home hoping to enjoy some pub grub with my sons. Unfortunately as I was setting up the table to eat…I noticed they forgot to put the Flying Pig sandwich in the bag. A quick call to MacCool’s and the bartender was apologetic but couldn’t refund the cost on my card which meant I had to drive all the way back to pick up the missing meal. When I arrived the bartender again apologized and went to the kitchen to fetch the Flying Pig. The manager brought it out with a fresh batch of fries and apologized again for the mishap. He gave me a voucher which was a nice touch that showed he cared about making his customers happy…a very important and appreciated part of good customer service. The food was good on all counts and I’d go back for a friendly drink…hopefully the music will actually be background music by then. Cheers!
