What User doesn't like about East Side Mario's Brampton Bovaird:
They did not honour the booking done here when I called them to check and I had to book a table over the phone. If I would not have called my table would have not been booked. The service was also too slow and by the end we had to compromise on the dishes we ordered as the kitchen was out of stock for some dishes View all feedback.
Location was dirty, tables were still dirty, had to send a glass back as it was dirty. Portions are smaller. Bathroom was disgusting and no soap, garbage on the floor. It won't go back.
Pasta was extremely boiled and muddy. Didn't even eat it. I don't know how to serve anyone. For a $25 plate of pasta? Waitress was nice, but really try to sell us on appetizers, drinks and dessert.
On time, great service, great food. Would dine here again.
Lovely server, really good food. Window sills inside were littered and needed a good cleaning. I’d be happy to return.
Service and Waitress was outstanding. Pasta and salad tasted alright
