The chicken at this restaurant is disappointing. It's greasy and the portions are small. I would recommend trying Mary Brown's or Popeyes instead.
I ordered the MACARONI salad for the second time from this restaurant. The first time was for pickup and this time was for delivery. Instead of receiving 2 large macaroni salads, they sent fries and coleslaw, which we do not like. I tried calling the restaurant but they never answer, no matter what time it is. It is frustrating that they cannot get an order correct.
The employees were not very friendly and quite straightforward. They never have hot and crispy fried chicken. I was told by the staff that they have guidelines from senior management and their store manager, Rajat, that they do not make hot and spicy crispy chicken after 5pm. I will be writing an email to KFC management to verify this information. It seems strange that they would stop making it at 5 pm when they close at 10 pm. Weird!

Rip off when you do a Drive Thru. UNBELIEVABLE that they do a day light rip off. Ordered for a Chicken pop or and 3pc chicken with 2 Hot and Spice and 1 original. Not only did they switched it, the pieces that gave, 2 were ok and the 3rd was just a big piece of batter. Chicken pop corn was not filled too much too.. Sorry, not sure if this what is expected out of the owner to rip off drive thru's cos they generally check the food after getting home.
