Decent place to rest during shopping around the outlets. Your norm when it comes to standards and service. It's generally kept reasonably clean so worth resting up and trying whilst your at the outlets. View all feedback.
What M1882YDkeithd doesn't like about Starbucks:
Popped in here as back was really bad and needed a sit down, Costa was packed. Floor was filthy with bits of ham and general litter. Went to toilets whilst wife ordered food. Had to wait ages for toilet as there is only one for each gender. Toilet was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned fir a LONG time. Food hadn’t arrived by time I’d got back to table. Nice big clean and well stocked, toilets nice and clean and pleasant enough staff, seating area outside and a nice place just to relax after walking the balls of your feet off....

Hot chocolate tasted of hot water. Table was sticky. What a joint, will not be coming back here anytime soon.
Standard issue starbucks... could do with a lick of paint. Coffee was as expected but not served with any kind of good customer service. We purposly sat away from the door as it was a chilly morning but even still it was cold. Decided to use the loos before I left.... wish I hadn't, they looked like they hadn't seen a squirt of beech in their lifetime. Absolutely disgusting!!
This is my favourite place to stop for a drink or a snack in Freeport. There’s lots of room and seating available. It could do with a revamp but it always clean it’s a shame they don’t invest some money doing it up a bit. The toilets are very cold and often a bit grubby. Staff however always friendly and what food they have in stock tastes good ... BUT..... I really like this place and they quite often seem to have very little food available. Like half the time I’m there it’s just a couple of sandwiches left no hot boxes or toasties etc. Or just 1 type of cookie and one cake left. This happens a lot. Something needs to be done with their ordering because it’s a shame. Quite a few times I haven’t bothered eating because there wasn’t much choice at all so I got a drink or nothing and left to eat elsewhere.
Use to be a Costa coffee fan but there coffee has gone down hill a bit. Lovely coffee lovely food and clean.
