The shakes at this restaurant are excellent and I would definitely recommend them to anyone! The staff is very friendly and the best shakes in Braintree.
My first visit to this restaurant was very pleasant. The place was clean and the staff was very polite. They had a great menu with a variety of options, and they even recommended their bestseller to see if I would like it. I decided to try the mint Aero milkshake and it was absolutely fantastic. I was very satisfied and will definitely be returning here again.
The milkshakes at this restaurant are incredible, with a wide variety of flavors to choose from. Having one always brightens my day! The staff is friendly, but the prices are a bit high. Lowering the prices could attract more customers.

I visit Shake Express, once, sometimes twice a week and I honestly cannot recommend it any higher. Spoilt for choice, you can treat yourself to first class shakes and hot drinks, full of flavour, all for fantastic value. I’m am always greeted warmly by Marion and her daughter Becky. Both showing a clear passion for what they do, their service is outstanding and refreshingly personable and natural. Shake Express is a wonderfully run family business and is a shining light in the town of braintree, if you haven’t been, you are missing out!
