Placed an online order for set time delivery. Rang 20 mins after said time and was barked at by owner in very little English that the driver was out. No apology. I have had skate 3 times from Riverside delivered to me within about 3 months. 1st skate and chips was beautiful so thought I have found a good fish shop 2nd order skate was over cooked with greasy chips. 3rd order skate well over cooked batter, it was awful and had mixed chips of pre cooked and fresh. If they changed management after my first skate then that must be why. I will not order a takeaway from them again. Which is such a shame as delivery was well on time. Food: 2 Service: 3
