whether they order their order or call them to order directly from the counter. eating is first-class. the chips are perfectly cooked and crispy outside and soft inside and the fish has always been cooked for perfection. the staff are friendly and seem ready to ensure that they get their food, freshly cooked, as soon as possible. keep them up the good work team. Potato quality or type doesn’t appear right for deep frying. These chips are very greasy, so much so, they feel slimy. They are also dense/hard/gritty on the inside, and taste like a salad potato or a cheap half cooked potato. Not very nice They also leave the most bizarre numbing feeling in your mouth after eating them. It’s really odd View all feedback.
It's all you want from your Chippy ...plus you can order ahead and swan in for your tea like a king ...well one who collects his own wakeaway
Have alwats had a good meal from Micks- whether it be a lovely cod and chips or the mediteranean chicken wrap- which i am very partial to at the moment!! (It's very very tasty!! Yum!!

Honestly, this is the first time we have been let down by a meal at this restaurant. Although a chippy may offer a variety of items, the quality of the chips should always be top-notch, which unfortunately was not the case this time. It's puzzling how they could have missed the mark on something so basic. As a result, I will likely be visiting the next nearest chippy from now on. Apologies.
Tried Micks tonight for the first time and the fish and chips were fab! Fresh tasty chips and fresh tasty fish. We will definitely be coming back soon.
