The service was subpar and the food was cold and unappetizing. I ordered a chicken fillet burger meal and a bucket meal, both of which were served cold. The staff seemed more interested in chatting than attending to customers, and two other patrons also complained while I waited for my meal. After waiting 15 minutes, I finally received my cold dinner, which cost £20. I would not return to this establishment and would not recommend it. Save your money and go to McDonald's instead.
There were only about 5 cars in the drive-thru line, but it still took over 20 minutes for my order to be ready. It felt like using Deliveroo would have been faster. The staff were apologetic about the delay. I wouldn't have bothered waiting for so long, but once I was in line, I felt committed to staying.
Yesterday, I arrived at the drive-thru around 12:15 pm. We were the only car there, so I was hopeful that we would receive our food quickly. However, the young lady working at the counter was unable to operate the till or understand our order, which included some free items collected through the app. After following her instructions and placing our order again, she informed us that the till was not working and stared blankly at me for about 5 minutes. Despite the drive-thru being empty and the restaurant resembling a ghost town, two other staff members in the background were unwilling to assist the young lady. This process repeated for over 25 minutes, with all three employees staring at me as if I were expected to solve the problem. It became apparent that we would not be able to collect any food from this fast food outlet due to the malfunctioning tills and lack of necessary skills among the staff. The staff's failure to address the issue appropriately ultimately led to them simply stating that we could not have anything and closing the windows abruptly. Unfortunately, this experience at KFC exemplified the chain's poor customer service, particularly at their drive-thrus. This incident, alongside the common occurrence of cold or incomplete orders, may explain why the restaurant was empty to begin with.
This place is a joke the staff are rude and argumentative I won’t be going back here and don’t rate it at all staff claim tables for there lunches there was plenty of other tables for them to sit at, a jobs worth came over and told us to move there was a kids party going on and me and my partner just wanted a quiet lunch he was rudest unapproachable person I’ve ever come across and being in customer service myself it’s not how I would deal with people at all he needs to take a course!! The food was cold and not very nice at all very disappointed!
