It took 40 minutes just to get our drinks, and another hour before we finally received 2 out of 3 meals, which were cold. We ended up cancelling the 3rd meal because we were fed up.

The lack of effort put into providing good service was evident. We waited an excessively long time (even saw a Just Eat delivery person leaving, suggesting they prioritized takeout orders over ours). The sandwiches were haphazardly thrown onto the plate instead of being carefully placed, resulting in a messy and unappetizing appearance. The coronation chicken was comprised mainly of raisins and lettuce in sauce, with very little chicken. To top it off, they dumped the remnants of a crisp packet onto the plate, with no whole crisps in sight, only crumbs. It seemed like they couldn't care less about our satisfaction, only about taking our money and delivering subpar food. Needless to say, we won't be coming back!

The omelette I received was flat and tasteless, with burnt bits on the underside. My friend tried to eat it, but it was not appetizing. My avocado was bruised, too lemony, and the poached eggs were hard and rubbery. I had requested them to be cooked properly, but they were not. When I mentioned the issues with my meal to the staff, I was ignored and even laughed at by a young male waiter and what appeared to be the owner. No apology was offered. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

So disappointing as when breakfast rolls arrived there was only 1 sausage cut in half which was advertised as 2 sausages. In addition to this, we spent nearly £7 on eggs florentine which was also advertised as 2 eggs but only 1 arrived. We have tried to contact Eaton’s directly but we have no received a response. Waste of money.
