Eastern Aroma - Braintree

The website and the sign on the door both indicate that the restaurant opens at 12:00. However, when we arrived at exactly 12:00 and rang the bell, a man answered and informed us that they actually open at 1:00. No apologies were given for the confusion. This lack of organization may lead to them losing potential customers and ultimately going out of business. They need to address this issue promptly.

The delivery took 1 hour and 30 minutes. The food arrived soggy and cold, and the chicken satay was undercooked and dry. They forgot to include the rice entirely. Overall, the meal was a complete disaster and ended up in the trash. I will never order from this restaurant again.

This restaurant has been a staple in Braintree for years. My wife and I have always loved their all-you-can-eat buffet style menu. Unlike typical self-service buffets, at this restaurant, customers order from an extensive menu of Chinese, Thai, and Malaysian dishes that are freshly cooked and brought to their table. The quality of the food has always been consistently high, served hot and delicious. Due to Covid restrictions, the restaurant switched to take-away orders only for a while, but we were still pleased with the food. Fortunately, they have recently reopened for dine-in service, so we were able to enjoy the experience once again. The restaurant is spacious with socially distanced tables, and the manager and staff are incredibly helpful. Considering the variety, quality, and all-you-can-eat option, we find the prices to be very reasonable.

We always had great lunch of eastern aroma, fresh, hot, good quality and fast delivery, can not ask for more, keep it up!.

A very satisfying take-out meal, hot and promptly delivered. The order, although complicated was exactly right and excellent value.
