Great burgers! I stopped for lunch, where I quickly sat from the host and was greeted by a fantastic server. The food was hot and delicious. The service was quick and friendly. I felt like every employee worked to make sure I had a pleasant experience. I was even greeted by the manager, Natasha, she went out of her way to make sure I had a good meal, and I appreciate it. Give this place a chance. You won't regret it.

Pretty typical fast casual place. Cocktails were surprisingly tasty, and the food was filling, but not blow your socks off good.

There's a major difference between big city places and small city places. The one in Augusta Maine is way more attentive to their customer. I got a burger and everything that I didn't want in the burger ended up in the burger. I asked for medium he told me that's a little pink. Insulting my intelligence. I don't look like a child. I'm aware of what medium is. Burger came out well done anyway. Burger was cold but the fries were hot. I did appreciate that at least. Ask for a beer with ice. He says ok. Then gets the beer and says the glasses are cold already are you sure you want ice. Once again insulting me. It's a nice amount of young people working there with no incentives for them to do better. Augusta Maine on the other hand they take it to gourmet level. That's all

After being closed for 2 years they're open, but it ain't as good as it used to be. You can tell it's brand new staff and they're still learning. You have a waitress and a waitress assistant I'm confused by that too). The main waitress took our order, but didn't bring it out, the assistant did. Then we got 1 napkin that came with the silver wear, the drinks took long to get for drinks, a good 5 minute wait. Food was quick, but most wait staff come back to check up on you after 2-3 minutes. Never got that, never asked if we wanted refills on fries or drinks, had to flag down someone because we wanted 1/3 drinks filled, not all 3. Finally, I'm looking at their hours, close at 6pm on a Sunday and 7 Mom -sat? I hope as time goes by and more staff hop on,the hours will expand.

We went yesterday for the first time in a long time. We were told we had to wait 10 mins for a table which we did. Drinks and food were ordered almost as soon as we sat down (we had already known what we wanted drinks were brought out ..45-50 mins pass and still no food. Customers that arrived well after us received not only their appetizers also their meals (we noticed this on three tables! . We asked for the check to pay for the drinks (sodas that we had received and said we were leaving since it's been so long. We ordered a burger and a chicken sandwich and a kids meal. The person we told to get the check for us apologized and told us we don't have to pay for it but never even bothered to check on our food or tell us to wait. I assume it could've been a manager too because he wasn't wearing a red shirt it was a tan sweater. Too bad I don't have pictures to share since there was never any food ! Not going here again.

I wish I had the options to give this place 0 stars. A friend and I went there yesterday and we waited not even 10 minutes to be seated which was great. We were able to order somewhat quick but drinks took forever to come, food as well. Both our meals andappetizers were cold and undercooked, never received any drink refills we asked for, our waitress checked on every single tablebut ours even though she saw us trying to wave her down multiple times, also had the audacity to roll her eyes when we left andnot say one word to us. Do yourself a favor and never eat at this Red Robin, we wish we waited the 45 minutes it would havetaken to eat at the Cheesecake Factory.

Brought my family to Red Robin in the South Shore Plaza for dinner on a Wed night. The hostess seated up right away and told us that our server would be over in a minute. We had a look at the menu waiting for the server. The only other people in the roomwas a couple in one booth next to us and a single child in another. We waited about 5 min and didn 't see anyone. Then theserver came into the room and started to clean the other tables. She then brought the other table something, and then proceededto clean the tables again. She went over to the child sitting by himself and spoke to him then proceeded to clean moretables. We were really starting to wonder what was going on as she was totally ignoring us. She kept cleaning the tablescollecting dishes and glasses. She then went over to the child again spoke to with him and then again, proceeded to clean thetables, walking right by us with not even a word. This whole episode went on for about 5 minutes so we were there for a totalof 10 minutes without even a I 'll be there in just a moment . I told my wife and family we 're leaving as I was really shockedat the lack of service in every way possible. This is something I 've probably only done one other time in my life, just walk outbefore getting served. I still don 't know why we were ignored the way we were. I do know that we will never, ever go back tothis restaurant.

My mom and I had been to this location previously, but during our last visit, we experienced a long wait to be seated even though the restaurant wasn't particularly busy. The food was decent, but the customer service left much to be desired. After some time, we decided to give it another shot. This time, we were seated a bit quicker, but we still had to search for a host/hostess for assistance. When our waitress finally arrived, she took our drink and food orders all at once, but we faced a lengthy wait for the drinks. Just as another young girl was approaching with them, she accidentally spilled all four drinks—two waters and two strawberry lemonades—on us. We were completely soaked, and unfortunately, my mom's purse and its contents were ruined. The waitress was very apologetic as we went to the quirky bathroom to dry off and mentioned it was her first day. After getting drenched and feeling uncomfortable, especially with the unpleasant odor in the bathroom, we decided not to stay any longer. On our way out, a woman who seemed to be the manager asked us if we were leaving with a rather rude attitude. There was no gesture of apology or understanding, making the experience even more disappointing.

We had the worst experience at Red Robin. It took several minutes for anyone to acknowledge us at the front, and after another eight minutes, our waitress finally greeted us to take our order. My meal was a disaster; I requested a lettuce wrap but received a sesame seed bun with zero lettuce. The sweet potato fries were cold, shriveled, and covered in cinnamon and sugar instead of salt. I had to remind the waitress about my additional side of broccoli, which still hadn't arrived even after we finished our burgers. My husband's burger patty was significantly smaller than it should have been and he received a piece of bacon no larger than a quarter, along with just a few cold fries. To top it off, the water we ordered never made it to our table during our entire visit. Our waitress was rude, dismissive, and mostly absent while other diners around us also faced order issues. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this location.

I visited yesterday and found that the restaurant is permanently closed. The sign has been taken down, and everything has been cleared out. It seems to have happened quickly, as there was a 5-star review posted just a week ago! Now I have to figure out how to use my gift card.
