This place has a new and rude manager with a poor attitude. The first time I saw her a few days ago she spoke to an employee in the back very rudely and in an insulting and belittling way. I've gone to Papa Gino's for many years and I was surprised when I first went to the Braintree site after changing the jobs to see Kathy behind the counter! I visited Kathy regularly at the Hanover site before it was closed. I hadn't seen her for almost 5 years, but when I went to her, she even remembered my name asking if I got my rest. The staff there was good every time I'm in.
The Manager and the crew are awesome if you have any issues just let them know and you’ll get it your way
They are terrific. No problem with special orders. They are so accommodating. The best tuna special sub around. The manger is very professional and extremely helpful I’ve been going here for a while they are awesome.

They make the best steak and cheese. But makes sure you get American cheese. They put provolone cheese and it’s nasty. I didn’t ask you that cheese.
