The restaurant was upfront about the situation. Our waitress was very pleasant and always had a smile on her face. The pizza was fantastic and definitely worth the wait!

I highly recommend the brisket and potato pulp: My husband and I had a budget, but we wanted to offer a late night bar and have a fed meal and Nick and his team were great to work with us to give us everything we wanted and stay in our budget. During the entire process Nick brought his assistant Cela, who was surely a game changer! It is like its right hand and is extremely detailed oriented, which is extremely soothing for a bride. She was always available for questions and had quick answers. She was also on the day of our wedding, so I knew things were perfect. Another thing I loved about Prairie Bay is dishes, glassware, ice and water service, as well as napkins and cutlery. These are the small things you do not think about when you have a cater or decide which food options have, but their options are high end and definitely go with overall ambience they offer. They also let us make several tastings so that my husband and I can refine the menu choices and allow our parents to join separately. This is a huge plus on the customer service page for me! Overall recommend Prairie Bay for your wedding!
