Th... read more Due to a shortage of staff, like many places these days, our dining experience was a bit slow. However, this wasn't a problem for us as we were expecting it. The restaurant was upfront about the situation. Our waitress was very pleasant and always had a smile on her face. The pizza was fantastic and definitely worth the wait!

Where in the lake area can you get what you want to eat if you have a stack of allergies? Prairie Bay took the challenge and exceeded all expectations we had. Every time firm comes, I take it to PB and it was always great! The prices are worth every bite, because this is not just another place to eat... it's best to eat. So easy!

We ordered three... read more We were there for Date Night. We had a glass of wine, chicken and goat cheese Stuffed Peppers and the Jerk Chicken excellent as our appetizers. We ordered three cheese tortellini for death! and the smoked brisket with calorie potatoes. I would not recommend the brisket, it was salty and felt as if it had been soaked in broth to keep it tender. I recommend the Tortellini! For Dessert, we will share the Bourbon Créme Brûlée again excellent! and we brought home the chocolate-papie jewelry without being excessively sweet for later. Excellent service and a cheerful culinary experience. If we lived closer, we would often visit Prairie Bay.
