Berkot's Super Foods - Braidwood

Over the last several weeks have been finding bad produce bad meat and expired goods throughout the store with as convenient as this store is I would rather drive the 30 minutes to a store that has good quality food

Prices are pretty expensive for items you can just get at Dollar General.

5 stars because it has low priced items. I also like it because It has a desert section that I like to look at. There is only one problem and it is way to cold

Over priced with extremely cranky employees. You have to always check the expiration date because the products are usually close to expired if not already expired. I drive 45mins out of town to go to another grocery store. It's worth the inconvenience as long as I don't have to ever shop here again.

I love the local Berkots. The meat sales are phenomenal, and high quality. The produce is very good. The cashiers are friendly, and always make conversation. They also offer good alcohol sales. Great place for quick shopping.
