Went there for a birthday party. We had great service and the salt and pepper calamari was the best I have had for a long time. I want to go back as soon as I can. Food was reasonably priced and the size of the meal was great,I couldn't eat all that was on my plate. Highly recommend. The atmosphere in there now since it has been renovated is fantastic!!! What Bettie Beahan doesn't like about The Lodge Hotel Bistro:
Night didnt start out well. Inadvertantly went in the wrong door from the back carpark. Straight away got yelled by a crabby woman. Finally got into the bistro and the staff were very freindly. The meals arrived without any fuss and were quite good. We will go back again but hopefully not run into broomhilda View all feedback.

We came to the lodge for birthday drinks. The cocktail prices are amazing, the mood is fantastic. We had the best service from all employees. I would particularly like to thank Robby for the unforgettable night.
Just for lunch. Big-ish group without booking, but was not a problem. My wife had the cattle troganoff and I had the nachos. Both were very nice and the whole table said their meals were nice. Fast and friendly service. Keep the good work, boys! 4.5 stars
